1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Friends VU Book Shop, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree, please do not place an order through our website.

2. Products

We sell printed course books and notes for Virtual University courses, and offer select handouts as free digital downloads (PDF/Word). Prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase the listed item(s) at the price shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping fee. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a book is out of stock or the address provided is incomplete or unreachable.

4. Shipping

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city and district. Shipping charges are calculated based on order size:

• 1–5 books: Rs250
• 6–10 books: Rs350
• 11+ books: Rs550

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. For JazzCash/EasyPaisa payments, please complete the transfer to the number shown at checkout and provide your transaction ID — orders are confirmed once payment is verified on our end.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of printed course material, we only accept returns if the book delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds for JazzCash/EasyPaisa payments are issued to the same account used for payment; Cash on Delivery refunds are handled directly with the customer.

7. Free Downloads

Free PDF/Word handouts are provided as-is for personal study use. We do not guarantee that every handout matches the latest VU syllabus version, and we recommend cross-checking with your official course outline.

8. Limitation of Liability

Friends VU Book Shop is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by Virtual University of Pakistan. We are an independent seller of course materials for VU students. We are not liable for any academic outcomes related to the use of books or handouts purchased or downloaded from our site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
